Description
This is a neat shot that I was lucky to catch. Two former Southern Railway GP38ACs are in control of this train puling into the Archer Daniels Midland plant in Kershaw, South Carolina. The line out of Kershaw is the former Southern SB line, so it's possible these two locomotives ran on this line, perhaps together, before being sent to Lancaster by the Gulf & Ohio Railways. Prior to the L&C, they also worked for the Wiregrass a Central and other G&O lines

Love that tree Joseph. Train tracks run behind my home. One of the perks to where I live. USA Photographers Only~Image Promotion-comments And Likes #8! Like/Vote Janet💕

That tree makes an excellent framing device. I've used it more than once! Thanks for your comment.
