Artist's Description

Lancaster and Chester Railroad GP38M-2 #2258 leads a train of grain and corn syrup to the ADM plant in Kershaw, South Carolina the day before Thanksgiving in 2016. The lead locomotive was built for the Seaboard Coast Line in 1967 as GP40 #639. Furx leasing rebuilt her to G)38M-2 standards several years ago. Both locomotives in this shot have since left the L&C.
