Description
Pickens Railway #9502 is one the point of the railroad's Belton Job as the two trains meet to interchange cars at Gluck. She was built as Seaboard Coast Line #320, a GE U18B, in 1973. She later became Seaboard System #1918. She later wore the same number for CSX Transportation before becoming their #9502. Now the old girl is Pickens 9502.
Meanwhile the Anderson Job with the Pickens #9507 on point prepares to pull it's train past the switch so the Belton Job can get out. PICK #9507 was built by GE in 1974 as Seaboard Coast Line #351, to Seaboard System #1949. CSX was formed through various mergersof older lines and while this unit initially kept the number 1949, CSX eventually painted her in a stand out orange scheme for Maintenace of Way Service and renumbered her 9507,
